NIDI - New Business Initiatives

The aim of the call is to support the choices of self-employment and self-employment by women, the unemployed, the precarious, those who are about to lose their jobs, young people. The following may apply for: those who intend to start a new business and have not yet established the company; businesses established less than 6 months ago and not yet started (they have not issued the first invoice); companies, even if established for more than 6 months and active, which are configured as: generational change; takeover of a company in crisis or a company confiscated by employees; social cooperatives assigning confiscated real estate; beneficiaries of the "PIN - Pugliesi Innovativi" measure. The company can be individual or corporate. In the latter case, the company or professional association must be held for at least half, both of the capital and of the number of members, by subjects belonging to at least one of the following categories: ✓ young people aged between 18 and 35 ; ✓ women over the age of 18; ✓ unemployed who have not had a subordinate employment relationship in the last month; ✓ people about to lose a job, such as: o employees of companies in liquidation or subject to bankruptcy proceedings, and employees of confiscated companies; o employees of companies placed on the move; o employees of companies placed in layoffs; ✓ holders of a VAT number not registered in the business register who, in the 12 months prior to the application, have issued invoices for less than 30,000 euros to no more than two different clients. Expenses are eligible for: - investment costs: production, plants, various equipment and commercial vehicles; • non-personalized computer programs; • construction works and similar, within 30% of the sum of the previous items - management costs (max 10,000) The total amount of the business project (investment costs) must be between 10,000 and 150,000 euros. The subsidy, sum of grant (non-repayable fund) and soft loan, varies as the value of the investment increases. Discount equal to 100%: for investments between 10 thousand and 50 thousand euros. Discount equal to 90%: for investments between 50 thousand and 100 thousand euros. Discount equal to 80%: for investments between 100 thousand and 250 thousand euros
