WHO: Can apply for the subsidy: Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MPMI), in single or associated form, in Consortium, ATI, Networks of companies with legal personality (Networks-subject) or Networks without legal personality (Networks-contract). The participation of at least 3 MPMIs is required for groupings. WHAT: Acquisition of innovation consulting services and acquisition of innovation consulting and support services. The innovation consulting services are: - Design-driven innovation consulting services; - Consulting services for product / service innovation; - Feasibility studies. Consulting and innovation support services: - Technological experimentation services; - Support services for intellectual property management and product certification. ELIGIBLE EXPENSES The expenses incurred by the beneficiaries of the aid, strictly connected to the subsidized investments, and classified as follows are eligible: 1. Acquisition of consultancy services on specific problems directly relating to the investment project presented; 2. The costs of obtaining, validating and defending patents, other industrial and intellectual property rights and other intangible assets; 3. The costs of acquiring advisory and innovation support services. The subsidies are granted in the form of direct grants and to the extent of 45% of the eligible costs.
